XANT Appoints Mick Hollison as New Chief Marketing Officer
PROVO – June 10, 2013 – XANT, the leading provider of cloud-based sales automation technology for inside sales professionals, today announced the appointment of Mick Hollison, former Citrix global vice president of integrated marketing and strategy, as its new CMO. He joined the company on June 3, 2013. XANT recently completed a $35 million Series B round of financing led by U.S. Venture Partners and joined by existing investor Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. In 2012, the company saw a 100 percent sales growth, and 120 percent employee growth. Hollison brings more than 20 years of experience in technology marketing, product management and sales. He spent the last 7 years at Citrix, recently serving as global vice president of integrated marketing and strategy for the $2.6 billion company. He was responsible for integrated product messaging, solutions marketing, and marketing strategy and led the development of pricing, licensing, and packaging across all Citrix product lines. Prior to Citrix, he spent 2 years at Microsoft where he was responsible for the development and delivery of marketing messages targeting business executives. He led a worldwide network of nine executive briefing centers and produced customer events such as the Microsoft CEO Summit.
